　知ってのとおり、対談に臨む富野監督には、ただのインタビュアーでは
持ち得ない個性があり、その放出が各界の一線級の人々とぶつかり合う
様子はとてもオモシロい。といって、ただ言いたいことだけを言うという
わけではなく、「教えてください」のタイトル通り、素人の目線かつ
真摯な態度で相手に教えを請うてもいる。
そのため、読者は退屈することもおいていかれることもなく、
最後まで楽しめる対談になっていると思う。
　
　また、本当に様々な業界の人と話しており、対談相手の著書なども
紹介されているので、これをきっかけに興味を持つ分野があるかもしれない。

ガンダムで有名な富野ヨシユキ監督が各界の一流人と対談したもの。
一見すると突拍子もない種類の人間との組み合わせのように見えるが、実はそうではない。
富野監督は、語ることの多い、語った内容がメディアに出回るクリエイターである。
彼のテーマは時期によって異なるがここでは明確である。
身体性である。「動き」を描くアニメーションにおいて切り離せないからだの感覚を、オリンピック選手、身体論で有名な学者などに問いかけている。
監督の言葉は時にはわかりにくく、その方向性がわからないほどエキセントリックである。

だがこの本を読めば、その思考の本質、中身がわかると思う。なぜこんなことに食い下がるのか、なぜここで絶叫してまで自分の思いを伝えようとするのか。そこには、彼の身体を重んじるナチュラルなものへの意識があるからである。

ともかく、その「変てこ」を楽しみ、その後に沈思黙考することができる良書である。
クリエイターといういきものの異常なまでのテンションを
見てください！

二昔前であれば、実現もしなかった企画であろうが
ガンダムを見て育った世代が、社会において
中心的な役割を果たす年代となった現在、
「アニメだから」という枕詞抜きに
真摯な対談ができたという意味は大きい。

あの年においてなお、他人の話に耳を傾け
何かを吸収していこうとする前向きさは
対談する人の襟を正させるし、故に
それだけ緊張感ある対談集に仕上がっている。
