杉並の商店街を舞台にしたたぬきに関する奇妙な連続事件の話なのだが、
おもしろい登場人物が多く出てくる。
読了後も、いつまでもこの商店街の舞台にひたっていたくなるような良作。
しかも、ハチャメチャで、笑える小説でもある。
これの続編があれば、必ず読みたい、と思っていたら、続編は無いが、他にいくつか他の動物をモチーフとした作品があった。

はっきり言って、この作者に惚れた！
中毒になる作家です。
