似ているから同様という論理には無理があります。
格差社会は広がり、低収入だと低空飛行だ、教育格差は広がるといいながら、必要なだけの収入で生活する江戸時代を礼賛するのも変。そもそも江戸時代は藩の中で地産地消が成り立っていた時代だし、世界の経済を日本の400年前の歴史の一点に当てはめるのは無謀だと思います。
ただ著者のいう自分自身の時間を大切にという主張には賛成です。サラリーマンなら出世を拒否すれば、自分のやりたいことを模索できますから。

でも本書のターゲットとした読者層はどの辺りなのだろうか。わかりきった経済の歴史と情勢の説明が多すぎる。「!」となるものはなし。

「価値組」とは何か。
通読しても答えが分からなかった。
乱暴に言うと、
消費活動の抑制しましょう。
時間を有意義に使いましょう。
生き甲斐を見つけましょう。
地域社会を重視しましょう。

これらの行動が「価値組」だとして、
例えばロハス的なライフスタイルとどう異なるか、
ピンと来なかった。

本書のタイトルによる掴みはよかったと思う。
これからの格差社会や貧困の解決策、処方箋を期待していました。

自分の視点がモリタク（この愛称は「ヤマタク」を連想してよろしくないと思う。。。）の視点と異なるせいだと思うが、
もっと社会や制度に批判的な目を向けるべきじゃないだろうか。
若者向けではあるが、視点を下げすぎて、若者をばかにしているように思えてしまった。
佐藤優の若い人向けの文章と比較すると、
モリタクは研究余地がまだまだありそうだ。

3.0 out of 5 stars 森永氏の本だから買ったのに・・・ちょっとがっかりだが気軽に読める, 2009/11/26
新自由主義を鋭く批判する基本的なスタンスが好きなので森永氏の書いた本はよく読む。
この本でも金融資本主義の害悪を説いた部分などは冴えている。まとまりよく本質を掴ませてくれる。

しかし、「価値組」になれと説く部分は言葉が先行していて中身はありきたりである。
ネットで不用品を売れというが、庶民が不用品を売っても金額はしれている。

香山りかがしがみつかない生活を提唱しているが、この「価値組」へという提案は香山氏の本にヒントを得たのかもしれないと想像してしまった。

本も173頁と薄目であるが、中身も薄目になってしまっていないか。
