「ツンデレ」というジャンルを一般化させた原動力たる『つよきす』のコミック展開、第１巻です。
『つよきす』という作品、元々は１８禁のエロゲ−が始まりで、生真面目、パワフル、トラブル、クール、タカビー、マイペースｅｔｃ．様々な若干近寄りがたい属性を持つ女性キャラが、徐々に心を開いていく過程を、豊富なギャグと、少しの人情話や問題提起などといった要素も含めつつ描く事によって、人気を博した作品です。
その後、主にキャラクター人気にあてこんだ小説展開を経て、コンシューマゲーム、そしてコミック、アニメへと発表の場を広げてきたわけですが、このコミック版の展開は、ストーリー的には原点回帰と言っても良く、原作ＰＣゲーム版の雰囲気に結構近いですね。もう一方の展開であるアニメ版が、非常にオリジナル色の強い内容だっただけに、原作を知っているファンとしては、このコミック版の方がウケは良いかと思われます。
ただ、勿論エロ要素は割愛されている（実際ライトエロですらありません）訳ですが、逆にアニメ版から入って、原作が気になったファンには（実は私自身がこのパターンだったりします）このコミック版の方がとっつきやすいかもしれません。アニメ版のメインだった素奈緒が伏線的な扱いになっている点に違和感を覚えるかもしれませんが、キャラの立て方、ストーリーの魅せ方、伏線の張り方等、読むに足る内容にはなっていると思います。
少々気になったのは絵柄。キャラ描写はアップならあまり問題無い（この手の作品でキャラのアップに問題があったら論外ですが…）し、動きのあるシーンでも少し歪みが気になる程度ですが、背景やエフェクトなどが非常に物足りなく感じるのです。いくら"キャラありき"のコミックとはいえ、もう少し描き込み要素があっても良いのでは無いでしょうか？全体的に非常に白く感じてしまうコミックです。まぁあっさり系が好きなら良いですけどね。

タイトルの通り、ゲームの内容を漫画として上手く消化しています。
ＳＤキャラ（とくにカニ）が可愛くて笑えました。
なごみのＳＤバージョンもみたいなぁ。
内容的には舞台とレオの過去の説明に重きが置かれており、
「これから」な感じですが。
乙女さんファンなら単体でも充分楽しめますよ。
おすすめです。

「つよきす」とはツンデレなヒロイン達と主人公の物語です。
第1巻はツンの割合が多いです、だいたい8対2位です。
「つよきす」の魅力の一つにあだ名があります。
例えば主人公のあだ名はレオ、仲間のスバル、フカヒレ、カニなど他にもあるのでそこのところを気にして読むとちょっとだけ面白くなります。
ちなみに、自分はカニが好きです。
という事で興味を持った方はドタバタラブコメな「つよきす」第1巻をぜひ買ってみて下さい。
