本編のほうは持っていたのですが
そちらにはこの短編集の中のものは収録されていないので短編や番外編に興味がある人にお勧めだと思います

自分はウモン爺さんの番外編が読んでみたくて購入しました
バラバラに雑誌に掲載されたものばかりでしょうしコレを買わなければ他では読めないものばかりなのかもしれません

クロスボーンの世界観が好きな方にはお勧めです

本作は漫画クロスボーンガンダムの後日談を中心にした外伝です。

クロスボーンガンタム本編は長谷川氏の色でコミカルな面もありますが、富野 由悠季氏が原作として関わっているためシリアスな内容になっているかと思います。

しかし、本作は長谷川氏単独の作ということでコミカルな内容中心となっています。

長谷川氏好きには良いですが、クロスボーンガンダムというより富野氏の作風が好きな方にはお勧めはしません。

個人的には氏のガンダム作品である逆襲のギガンテス（機動戦士Vガンダム外伝に収録）は数あるガンダム関係の外伝漫画の中でも最高傑作と思っていますが、それと比較してしまうと本作はちょっともの足りない気がします。

ちなみに本作の一部ストーリーには機動戦士Vガンダム外伝のキャラも登場しています。

クロスボーンガンダムの外伝集。
続編の鋼鉄の七人までを繋ぐマンガにもなっている。
クロスボーンガンダムの終結から大分時が経ったので、改めて気持ちを盛り上げていくには、
このくらいライトなノリの方がちょうど良かったりも。

ウモンじいさん、ハリソン大尉や、長谷川氏のUCマンガでおなじみのストーク卿など、サブキャラクターに焦点を当てたエピソードでありつつも、
前作ではまだちょっと頼りなかったトビアの成長した姿も描かれている。
（でもベルナデットはどこも成長してｎ…）

こういった大らかな「外伝」マンガは、一時期よく出ていたものの、最近は締め付けがきつくなったのか、
おとなしいものばかりになっていたので、このくらいがんばってるのを読むと嬉しかったりも。
