ほぼ前後して発売されて
「心が千分の一軽くなる本」
　　最後の講演の実録本
と、内容がかなり重なっています。
もちろん、私のように
「斎藤一人さんの本なら
なんでも欲しい
読みたい」
という人なら、おすすめです。
そうでもない人で、上記の本を
もっているのなら、読む必要性は
あまりないかもしれません。

でも、何度読んでも、よい内容です。

先日、同じ地区の人から、中傷的な言葉を言われ「なんで私がこんな言い方されなくちゃいけないの？」と思い。かなり落ち込みました。そんな時一人さんの「相手は、相手の都合で機嫌が悪いの。自分の機嫌をとりな。ハッピーだね。ツイてるね。って自分の機嫌をとるの。」とこの本のCDに入っている一人さんの声が、落ち込んでいる私の耳元に聞こえたんです。とっても不思議な体験でした。それから、「ついてるね」「ハッピーだね」って、言っていたら見事気分爽快！！現代人の心のお薬です。この本（CD）は・・。

私の妻が急に難病をわずらってしまい死にかけました。手術前にこの本を妻に渡すことにしました。

読み終えた妻は、毎日「ツイてる、ツイてる」といい続けました。大手術でしたが手術は成功しました。しかし入院は１年以上と先生に言われました。それでも妻は「ツイてる、ツイてる」といい続けました。すると２ヶ月で奇跡的に退院することができ、先生がとても驚いていました。

病院の先生にも感謝しています。そしてこの本は、妻の命を救ってくれた本です。ありがとうございます。
