著者の初期作品、特にアパレルシリーズの2冊はかなり好みで、
期待している作家さんなのですが、
担当者が変わられたというここ最近の作品は失速気味・・・残念です。

正真正銘の王子様と、さえない大学院生。
王道のシンデレラストーリーです。

ただ、これまでの著者の作品は、たとえ身分差ものであっても、
それぞれのキャラ立ちが見事にしっかりしていて、
お互いがどうしても相手に惹かれてしまう理由が絶妙で、
多少の設定や細部の荒さ、非現実さをカバーして余りある
豊かな心理描写が良かったのですが・・・
今回、一体二人がどこでどこまで惹かれたのかも微妙なら、
相手に「好かれてない」と落ち込む卓也には、
たぶん読者は「おい」と総ツッコミを入れそうな無理のある展開が
続いて、正直苦しい。

ところどころには、これまでのような小粋なシーンも残るだけに、
ちょっとどころか、すごく残念に感じてしまいます。
過去作品のような面白い作品を書かれる著者だけに、
今回のような作品が続くのが、逆に謎です。
今後に期待・・・していいのかな。

話はとにかく悪くは無いけど、全体的に同じような言い回しが何処かしこに使われているのが気になった。
「あれ？これさっきも出てきたよね・・・」みたいな感情台詞が多く、何だか原稿チェックの際に気にならなかったのかな？と感じた。
主人公は可愛いけれど、まあちょっと私が今まで読んだBL小説の中では異例のキャラかと思う。
美人系ではないよな〜と＾＾；
途中イメージチェンジと称したサイファルの持て成しがあるけど、大幅にイメチェンしてて欲しかった・・・。
なので★3つで。
作者的には言葉の表現力をもう少し付けて欲しいですね。
何度も言うように、内容は悪くないので肉付けして言葉の修正をするとかなり良くなる気がします。

真上寺さんの作品は初めて読みました。
カバーのあらすじを読んで、面白そうだなと思って購入しました。
設定は良いのですが、他のレビューにもありますが、同じ言い回しが
何度もでてくるので、読んでいて、また？と思ってしまいます。
もっと他の表現方法はなかったのかと、非常に残念です。
これからに期待したいです。
