少年陰陽師初の番外編・「うつつの夢に鎮めの歌を」は、本編のシリアス感は微塵の欠片も見せず、楽しい内容となっています。そしてなんと、「少年陰陽師シリーズ」には珍しい命令形ではないタイトルです。（笑）

昌浩と紅蓮の出会いを綴った第一話「霧の籬を吹き払え」を始め、短編四話を収録。「霧の籬を吹き払え」「朧の轍をたどれ」「うつつの夢に鎮めの歌を」「玉箒は愁いを祓う」などなど。
そして「うつつの夢に~」と「玉箒は~」は、書下ろしという超豪華な一冊です。

主人公・昌浩と相棒もっくんの出会いの話、昌浩ともっくんの夜の警備の話。昌浩の祖父・安倍晴明と貴船神社の神・高於の珍しい２ショットでの雪見の話もあり、「少年陰陽師シリーズ」がよりいっそう楽しめると思います。

こ!れは初めて読まれる方でも理解できるし、今までのファンなどは一冊目から読み直したくなると思います！（私がそうでしたから：笑）

前作「焔の刃を研ぎ澄ませ」は面白味よりもシリアス一直線な感じがしたから、尚更コメディに引き込まれました。

ここのところ本編では辛い状況が続いていた少年陰陽師ですが、この短編集はほのぼのした話ばかりでほっとしました~
個人的には最後に会ったじいさまと高於の酒盛りの話がお気に入りですｖｖ
昌浩と彰子の日常的な風景が楽しい一冊です。
