突然、沖縄に旅行に旅行に行く事となり、旅行慣れしている友人の勧めで購入したのが『沖縄やぎ地獄』手に馴染むノベライズ・サイズの為なのか？はたまた、短くマトメタ文章の妙か？私の『空想の胃袋』を心地よく刺激する1冊です。沖縄を一味違った角度から体験できる1冊だと思います…も一度沖縄に行きたいなぁ…。

この本一冊あれば、沖縄の不思議で美味しい食べ物がすぐに分かります。
そして、とにかく面白いです！！

『沖縄やぎ地獄』。見るからに面白そうなタイトル。おおさとなおじゃん。あの「うまひゃひゃさぬきうどん」のさとなおだ。思わず買った。

　タイトルどおり、山羊を食べて地獄を見る話や、名前だけではわからない不思議な汁物の話『汁物クリーンナップ』、そしてさすが麺にこだわるさとなおらしく、実際に麺を作る『すばの細道』・・・抱腹絶倒。しかし、最後に不覚にも泣かされてしまった。なぜか。ここには書かない。実際に読んでみてほしい。
この本はただ面白い食べ物話だけではない。沖縄の魂にまで踏み込んでいる。と沖縄をあまり知らない私が言うのもなんですが）沖縄に山羊（または汁物）を食いに行きたくなる本。
