　添う仕事をしているという言葉に衝撃をうけました。私は保育園の仕事を子供に教えることと考えていました。この言葉の違いは大きいです。この本を読んで子供に接する気持ちが変わりました。また、じいちゃんの人生経験からでる、真心がある嘘のない言葉がとてもいいです。大人になった人たちにぜひ読んでもらいたいです。子供のことだけでなく、仕事や人生についても教えてくれています。

母親の芽衣、父親の宗次郎、じいちゃん、あんちゃん･･･わんぱくでこうと思ったら絶対まげない倫太郎をとりまく大人達の理解ととまどいは、子育て中の自分の姿と重なった。自分の子育てをあらためて振り返り、あらたな気持ちで子供をみてみよう。もっと、子供の深いところをみてみよう！と思える話です。もっとはやくよめばよかった。今子育て中のおかあさん（特に男の子の）に是非おすすめしたいお話です。特にじいちゃんの言葉は深い。

関西弁な会話を目で追うだけでも、楽しい。セリフが多いし、すぐに改行。

活字ぎっしりなページがなく。圧迫感はないよ。

それでいて、ほんわかと開けっぴろげなだけじゃなく。
渋いジイちゃんのセリフが物語を要所要所で締める。…けして楽しいだけじゃない。
