前三部作のホラー的サスペンスとは違い今回は
サスペンス要素が薄い感じがする。
新たな「化け猫小説」と名はうってあるものの
何かホラーなのかナニなのか、ぼんやりしたところもある。

前の作品を読んでみて書き方が好きだと思った方は読めばいいと思うが、
初めて読むぶんには安っぽい感じがするかもしれない。

けれど、それでもどんどん呼んでしまうのはなぜ。。

弟切草三部作に続く三部作になるのか？

　この著者のいつも通りのホラー。ゆらめく記憶の迷宮を渉猟しよう。ネコちゃんは美しくも残酷で魅力的だけれど、弟切草シリーズを超えるパワーは感じられなかった。ホラーフリークのエスカレートってやつか、もっともっとすげえお話を読ませてほしい。
