吸血鬼ものではありますがホラー色は薄く、SF色・アクション色の方が強いように感じます。あまり考えずに読む分にはそれなりに楽しめますが作者らしさがあまり感じられないように思え、拍子抜けの感があります。
また、謎が明らかにされないまま物語が終わる点も中途半端さを感じさせます。いまだ構想中のままの続編が発表されて初めて完成、といえるのではないかと思います。
ただクトゥルー書きらしい、遊びの箇所には作者らしさを感じました。

　発売をずっと楽しみにしていましたが、内容が薄くがっかりしました。
　「ΑΩ」「玩具修理者」のクオリティを求める方は読まないほうがよいでしょう。
　次回作に期待します。

設定と兵器で乗り切れなかったという感じの作品


「あれ?そろそろ残りページが少なくなってきたけどちゃんと終わるのか…?」
「あれ?マジで?マジでちゃんと終わるの?へ?」
「あと数ページしかないよぅ…?」

――――そして訪れるB級ホラー的な結末……


続編は出るのでしょうか?
出来ればもう少し話を練ってから書いていただきたかった…
好きな作家なので残念でなりません。
