誰もが経験してきた、汗臭くって､どんくさくて、そのくせプライドだけは人一倍高かった１０代。好きな娘の事を考えると居ても立ってもいられなくて､枕を抱きしめて畳の部屋をゴロゴロ転がったあの頃。のほほん脱力系ミュージシャン、大槻ケンヂが、そんなあの頃の夢と不安と切なさを描いた最高の一冊。大人より､今を生きてる少年少女に是非とも読んでもらいたい！

大槻ケンヂの著書を初めて読みました。選択ミスをしたと最初は思いました…あまりにもお下品すぎた。女にはワカラン話だと(苦笑)しかし読み進めるうちにそんなことは気にしなくなり、あっという間に１巻読み終えました。物語はまさに性春物語…チョコ編・パイン編と早く読みたくなる１冊です(が、どこから読んでもストーリーが分かりやすいと思います)そして夢を追いかける姿はすごくカッコいいと改めて思いました。

クラスで『透明人間』的な存在の賢三は、群れをなしているクラスメイトたちを軽蔑し、「自分は彼らとは違って特別なのだ！」と信じている。とにかくたくさんの映画を見ることで彼らと自分との差を付けよう、と毎日のように映画館に通い詰めていた。

そこに密かに憧れていたクラスメイトの美甘子がなぜか一人でフラリとやって来ているのを見て、賢三は彼女に仲間意識と共に確かな恋心を抱くようになる……。
大槻ケンヂのエッセイもいくつか読みましたが、かなり実話に近い話のようです。思春期の典型的な悩みがすっきりと描かれていて、軽すぎず重すぎず、とても後味のいい作品でした。
