3.0 out of 5 stars Finalに相応しい内容であったか, 2006/11/11
着信アリ第三作目となる今作がFinalとのことですが、
物語の真相に深く切り込んだ前作に比べ、今作は謎な部分は完璧に謎なままで、
その上ヒントになるような部分も全く無し。真相は読者の推理で考えるとかいうそういうタイプでも無し。

つまりは、Finalという名を持つにしては全くFinalらしからぬ内容でした。
このまま終わるのも全く腑に落ちないし最後まで読んでアレ？と感じましたね。
ただ人が死ねば、バトルロワイアル要素を入れればいいんじゃないかという意識が伝わってきてとても残念。
ただ話としては面白く、最後までスラスラ読むことは出来ました。
Finalといわずに外伝という形にしたらもうちょっとよかったんじゃないかなーって思います。

あと、明日香のお母さんの壊れ方っぷりがすごい面白かったんで、もうちょっと登場させて欲しかったです。

「着信アリ」のシリーズを読み進めてきて、これがFinalということで惰性で読んだ。これまでのシリーズもあまり評価できる内容ではなかったが、Finalははっきり言って最低。
前シリーズとのつながりはほとんどなく、これまで（完成度は低いながらも）築かれてきた世界観が台無しになっている。着信アリの世界がどこに向かって行くのか、方向性が見えない。これでFinalということで完結であるが、作者自身こんな完結で満足しているのであろうか？
　ジャパニーズホラーというと、古くは怪談物、最近では「リング」に代表されるように、のろい、恨みには何らかの動機があり、さらに呪い殺されるにしても陰湿さがあり、どちらかというと後から怖さが伝わってくるというものが多かった。そしてそれらはスプラッタ物に飽きてきたアメリカでも一定の評価を得ている。しかし「着信アリ」のシリーズは、一昔前のアメリカのスプラッタ物そのもので、ストーリーの完成度が低いのを映像で（本の場合は記述で）ごまかしている。

前2作に比べて読んでる最中も後もドキドキハラハラがない感じ…私としては、この後の人間関係の方が気になります。ファイナルって銘打つのであれば もう少し深い内容にして欲しかった…買ってまで読む必要は無いですね。
