宅配便の中でもクロネコヤマトさんが大好きな２歳半の息子の母です。「ピンポンバス」のこのコンビなら絶対間違いない、と確信し、表紙にも一目惚れして購入しました。身近な車なのでとても親しみをもってすぐ好きになりました。最後のイラストもとってもなごみます。これだけ挿絵を丁寧に描いてくれてこの値段、ホントにこのコンビ大好きなんです。毎晩リクエストがあります。

いなかのおじいちゃんおばあちゃんから発送されたリンゴが、
都会の家族のもとへ届けられるまでを通して、宅配便が
活躍する様子を描いた作品です。

手渡された荷物が営業所にあつめられ、仕分けセンターを経て、
迅速丁寧に各地へ運ばれていくという流れがとても分かりやすく、
まるで自分もいっしょに運ばれているような気持ちになりました。

取材先へ配慮したのか、それぞれの絵にさりげなく登場するネコも
ちょっとした見どころのひとつ。

まだ宅配便の概念が分かっていない一歳のときから息子は大好きでした。3歳になった今では、ストーリーを少し理解できるようになり、より楽しんでいます。書き込まれた絵が魅力です。祖父母の家からりんごを受け取って、集荷センターでさらに大きなトラックに積み替えて、高速道路を走る。ストーリーのわからない1歳児も、大きなトラックが居並ぶ絵を夢中になって見ていました。主役？の宅配便以外にも、街の中にタクシーや工事車がいたり、いろいろ探して楽しめる本です。
ちなみに、祖父母の家から集荷したりんごの段ボールが、集荷センターの大量の荷物の中に必ず描かれていますので、ぜひお子さんと一緒に探してみてください。
