アエラの連載も楽しみにしていましたが、見逃した号もあったので、一冊にまとまってうれしいです。映画のシーンを思い出しながら、きれいな写真とおいしそうな料理が楽しめます。それに、見ていない映画が観たくなりました。今までの映画シーンを再現したレシピ本は、写真がおしゃれじゃなかったり、レシピが家庭で作りにくかったりしたんですけど、この本はどっちもバランスがとれているのもいいですね。

さっそくバナナケーキを作ってみたら、いつも作っているレシピより、ずっとおいしくてびっくり。飯島さんのレシピは、私を料理上手にさせてくれるので、とっても助かってます。

様々な映画の中に出てくるお料理のレシピが紹介されています。

おにぎり(『かもめ食堂』より)やフレンチトースト(『クレイマー、クレイマー』)、
卵かけごはん(『母べえ』)などすごく簡単なものから、
チャプチェ(『大統領の理髪師』)、チリコンカン(『エリザベスタウン』)など
私の知らなかったお料理も載っていて、盛りだくさんな内容だと思いました。

それぞれのレシピにコメントが載っているのもよかったです。
たとえば、卵かけごはんには
「ごはんに卵を先にかけてからお醤油を垂らす方が卵の味が楽しめる」
という丁寧なコメントが添えられています。

各映画の簡単な説明もついているので、映画も見たくなりました。
巻末にはレシピを制作する過程のちょっとした裏話も載っていて楽しかったです。

早速、あさり焼きそば(『靴に恋する人魚姫』)とブラウニー(『ノッティングヒルの恋人』)を
作ってみましたがどちらもとってもおいしかったです！
『かもめ食堂』が大好きなので、次はシナモンロールに挑戦したいです。

今をときめくフードスタイリストの飯島さんの本ということで購入しました。
美しい写真、使いやすいページ構成、読みやすく温かい文章と三拍子揃って、期待にたがわぬ素敵な料理本でした。
レシピ数はそんなに多いほうではありませんが、どれもシンプルに考えられた美味しそうなものばかりです。

揚げバナナが異様に美味しそうです！是非作りたいと思います。
