柳原さんの著書はほとんど読ませていただいております。このたび発売された「自動
車保険の落とし穴」は、まだ事故に遭われていない方の予備知識として、また不幸に
も事故を起こしてしまった方、事故に遭われてしまい、今まさに自賠責、任意保険で
お悩みの方々にとって、色々な「なるほど……」が書かれています。私も息子が事故
に遭うまでは保険の事は「何ひとつ分からない」と言ってよいほどでした。自賠責保
険とは？　任意保険とは？　その仕組みは？　何に対して支払われるのか？　必要性
は？　そうしたことがこと細かに書かれていて、「任意保険は絶対必要！」という事
がよく伝わって来ました。一方で、保険会社による払い渋りの実態が、死亡事故や重
度後遺障害の被害者の実際の闘いをとおして紹介されています。そのほか、「自動車
保険の知識が乏しい弁護士もいる」「契約内容確認書を甘く見てはいけない！」と
いった実例や、「契約時の必須チェックポイント１０カ条」が分かりやすく書かれて
います。必見です！！　泣き寝入りしないためには、できる限りの「証拠保全」が鉄
則なのですね。「人は嘘をつくが、車のキズは嘘をつかない」という言葉は、私たち
も経験しましたが、そのとおりだと思いました。（被害者の母）

自動車保険を契約するに当たって予備知識を手に入れるために読んだ。

本書は「どの保険（会社）が良いか」とかそういう内容ではなく、
「どういった保険をかけるべきか」という点に絞ると非常に勉強になる。

基本的に損保会社の払い渋り問題を糾弾し続ける内容ではあるが、
自動車保険とは何ぞやといったことを簡潔に分かり易く記している。

本書を読んで、自動車保険は決してケチってはならないものだということと、
いざという時に保険会社が事故の加害者・被害者にとって
恐るべき存在になりうることが、紹介されている事例で分かった。

万が一の保険だが、吟味することの大切さと、契約者・請求者は前提として
しっかりと勉強と対策をしておく必要があることを痛感した。良書。

　単純に自動車保険に入っているから安心と考えていましたが、保険業界のずさんな対応や営利主義的な加害者無視の対応が赤裸々に書かれており「むむ」とうなってしまいました。

　保険に入っていても保険業界はできれば保険金を支払いたくないのだという、ある意味企業であれば当たり前のことを思い知らされました。やはり自分の身は自分で守らないといけません。この本を読むとドライブレコーダを買おうかなど非常に考えさせられます。

　非常に参考になりました。
