韓国映画ブームと言われたここ数年だったが、実は、興行的に成功した作品はほとんど無い。日本で最も当たった『私の頭の中の消しゴム』と『四月の雪』でさえ、あのトンデモ映画『日本沈没』の半分程度の興行収入しかないのだ。そういう意味では、ほとんどの人が見逃している本当に面白い韓国映画を知るには、この本はうってつけだろう。もともと評価の高い作品のみでなく、Ｂ級作品にたいしてもきめの細かい目配りがあるのも嬉しい。個人的には、ベスト１０に『グエムル』『悪い男』『トンマックルへようこそ』『オアシス』が入っていることからも、著者の見識を買う。映画好きには、必携の一冊です！

偶然見つけた韓国映画の本格参考書です。ｂｅｓｔ１００が、なんと素敵な映画の数々。
コメントが、ぴたりでしてこれをもとにＤＶＤ仕入れてハズレありません。とっても最高。

　韓国映画好きの方は絶対，韓国映画に特に関心がない方も，ぜひ読んでいただきたいと思います。本当におもしろい韓国映画が紹介されており，各ページに韓国文化や韓国事情とリンクさせたコラムも載っていて，読み応えがあります。
　最近，韓流ブームが一段落したせいか，韓国映画をあまり映画館で見かけなくなりました。特に，地方の映画館では本当に少なくなっていて，残念です。本当におもしろい韓国映画はまだまだあるし，これからも出てくるでしょう。日本やアメリカとは歴史や文化や社会が背負っているものが全く違うから，日米では作れない映画を作ることができるのが韓国だと思います。この本を読むと，韓国映画がかける意気込みが伝わってきます。「ピアノを弾く大統領」や「マラソン」など，あまり日本ではヒットしなかったような映画が入っているのがいいと思いました。
