この本に感化されたわけではありませんが、ボクも疋田氏の主張には大賛成です。
自転車がこんなにも機動力があり、地球にやさしく、お財布にもやさしく、健康増進にも
寄与するとは思っていませんでした。
現在毎日10km程自転車に乗っていますが、もっともっとたくさんの人にこの本を
読んでもらいたい、自転車に乗ってもらいたいと思える一冊です。
みんな、自転車乗ろうよ!!

自転車とは何か、自転車をどう選べばいいのか、日本と海外の自転車事情など、
いろいろな観点でかかれていますので自転車が好きな人なら是非手にとって
読んで頂きたい本です。
私もいつも鞄の中にいれて通勤電車の中で読んでます。
（自転車通勤したいのですが片道30kmがちょっと。。）

難しい話は置いておいて、とりあえず隣町の公園まで自転車で行ってみてはどうでしょう。
そして「あれ？自転車ちょっと良いかも」と思ったらこの本を読んでみて下さい。

その「ちょっと良いかも」を「とんでもなくかなり良いかも！！」にしてくれる本です。
