新米ママです。先輩ママとお話ししていると皆さんがよく愛情をこめて「うちの子はわるで。いたずらばっかり。」といいます。またお姑さんと同居して子育てしている友人も「すぐおばあちゃんに逃げ込んで寂しいんですよ。」などと一筋縄ではいかない育児話をよく耳にします。うちの子もまだちっちゃいけどそんなになるのかなあと心配になります。多くの育児書を読むと対処法はかいてあるものの今ひとつぴんとこなかったのですが、これは子供の視点から生き生きと書いてあるので実感できるし、著者の長年の小児科医としての家庭のあり方への鋭い洞察力には昼ドラをも凌駕するところがあり、我が子の昼寝の合間に夢中で読みました。『私は赤ちゃん』も素晴らしかったけどこちらは更にお勧めかもしれません。

我が子が二歳になるので、読みました。昭和３０年代の話みたいで、ちょっと現代と合わないところもありますが、２歳という年代の子どもがどんな風に育っていくか分かって面白かったです。さすが『育児の百科』の著者、子どもの心がよく分かってらっしゃいますね。

もうすぐ二歳になる娘が居ますので購入しました。
主人公は僕でしたが楽しく、せつなく読みました。
病気の心配(どこまで?!)やお友達の事、嫁姑、変わらない悩みなんだなぁと共感しました。 手に取るまではマニュアル式な本と思い込んでましたが、ごく普通な家庭をのぞかせてもらった気分になりました。
時代背景が大分違うので★4としました。
