大嫌いで顔を見るのも嫌な人でも、｢やかまし村好きなんだよねー｣って言われたら、私の中でいい人ランキングはかなりＵＰします、｢本当はいい人かも｣って、感じです｡その位､この本好きです｡

子供たちの日常生活を、主人公の女の子が語る形式で、お話は進んでいます｡この本の中では、事件らしい事件は起こりません｡でも、ただの日常がこんなにも楽しいものと気づかされるのです｡ごくごく普通､でも楽しい｡何度読んでも幸せになれる本です｡

やかまし村には家が３軒しかない。住んでいるのは３家族だけ、だけどいつでも子供たちがにぎやかに遊んでいる声がする。そんな素朴な風景を見たこともないくせに、なんだか懐かしくなってしまう物語です。 映画化されているので、そちらも是非見て欲しいけど、絶対に本を読んでから見てくださいね。絶対にやかまし村へ行きたくなるから。
