フローラルウォーターの効能について詳しく書かれた本は少なく、[Hydrosols: The Next Aromatherapy] by　Suzanne Catty が出るまでは、これが唯一のフローラルウォーター解説本と言えたでしょう。 他に興味深いのは、エッセンシャルオイルの学術名の由来が書かれてあること。

エッセンシャルオイルを正確に使い分ける際には欠かせないとは言え、実に覚えにくい学術名。意味を理解することで、ますますエッセンシャルオイルの違いが理解できるでしょう。

コンパクトによく纏まった本。

こちらは３７５種類の精油とハーバルウォーター・フローラルウォーターについて書かれています。日本語のアロマセラピー関係の本は内容が詳しいものは値段が高く、そこそこ手が届くようなものは、情報量も少なくあまりまとまっていません。この本は情報量は少なめですが、ポイントはしっかり書かれてあり、また、英語の苦手な私でも分かりやすい内容でした。
