これは集中力がまし、明晰な思考ができるようになるＣＤらしい。
意思力強化ではない。
この間ＰＣで五百並べをやっていたのだが何回やってもかてなかった。
そこで集中できるというこのＣＤをききながらやってみたら、勝ちが連続で出た。
効果はたしかにある。


集中、注意力が必要な時、読書や書くときに、スポーツ活動、などの時に聴くとよいそうです。

ブレイン・シンクのCDを何枚か持っていますが、これは集中力を養うためのCDです。　轟音と虫の音という二つの相反する性質の音が聞こえてくるので、集中しなければならない状況に置かれます。　つまり、意志力を養うためのCDです。　リラックスしたいときのCDとは、全く別物。
