届いた時、あまりにも大きくてしっかりした作りの本なのでびっくりしました。（A４用の本棚に横幅が入らないというと、どれだけ大きいか判って頂けるかと思います。）1歳半の次女なんて、自分で持ち運びできない位です。重いですし。内容ですが、声の綺麗なお姉さんが感情豊かに読んでおり、効果音も満載、聞きここちは大変良いです。意味がわからなくても子供達は嫌がらずにBGMとして聴いています。そして、意味はわかってないんですが、CDの通りに発音したりしています。英文のレベルとしては、文法は日本教育でいうと中学生レベルでしょうか。ネイティブ向けとはいえ、絵本ですので、むずかしい文法ではないですが、語彙が結構むずかしいので、全体的に見れば日本人ですと、高校生レベルかな。そしてCDは聞き心地はいいとは言え、スピードはめちゃくちゃ早いです。小学生位までのお子さんでしたら、英語を何年もやってれば話は別ですが、そうでなければ、BGMにしかならないでしょう。しかし、リスニングスキルは磨かれます。うちの子の場合、毎日かけ流しをしていたら、早い英語にも関わらず、意味はわからずとも、3歳の長女はその通りに発音するようになってますし。ネイティブの発音そのものです。但し、意味はわかっておりませんので、内容を理解できるのは何年も先のことでしょう。

パッケージをあけて、まず出てきた言葉が
「かわいい！！」
一人で大興奮でした。

たまにディズニーの絵本でイラストが手抜きでがっかりするものがあるのですが、この絵本は本気です。
綺麗で感動しました。
私は受験勉強の癒しグッツとして購入しました。
高校生が普通に理解できるくらいの英語レベルかなと思います。

ストーリーは多少省略した箇所も見えますが、
プリンセス４作の内容が詰まっていてとっても満足。
ＣＤは女性の感情こもった朗読と効果音が収録されています。
絵本を読みながら聴くと感じることは、
ページをめくる間隔がＣＤにはないのでちょっと大変ということ。
ページの終盤に、めくるスタンバイをしておく工夫が必要かもしれません。

ディズニー好きな子は誰でも、楽しめる本です。
一読の価値アリ♪

3歳半の娘に購入しました。
ビデオが好きで何度も見ているので、話の流れは分かっています。１話あたりの絵(ページ数)が多いので、ビデオを見ているようです。絵自体もビデオそのままで、よくある偽者っぽいものではないです。
音声も良く聞きやすいですが、ページをめくる間合いがないので絵を見ているとあっという間に数ページ進んでしまいます。欲を言えばページ間に一呼吸あけて、もしくはページをめくる時に合図みたいなのがあればなぁと思いました。
大きな本でプレゼントには良いと思います。CD付きなのでプリンセス好きの３歳でも楽しめますが、英語が始めての子には難しすぎるでしょう。
