ロンドンエージェントであるLady Penelopeをフィーチャーした本。
一連のサンダーバード本の中では女性の視点で書かれているのが面白いと思います。（彼女のトレーシー一家各人の批評は必見！）
サンダーバードを抜きにしても50~60年代のハイファッションがよく判りますし、装丁が非常に美しいです。

ファッションやインテリアに興味ある人なら絶対に楽しめます。また他の方も指摘されていますが、英語もやさしく書かれているので英語の勉強にもお勧めです！！

かつての少年たちの人気シリーズ、『サンダーバード』のロンドン支部エージェント、ペネロープの写真を中心とした本です。
彼女自身によってトレードカラーのピンクの使い方、着ている服のブランド、手持ちのアクセサリーの合わせ方などがストーリー写真と供に紹介されている。

サンダーバードの中で一番多くのヘッド（Ｂ．バルドーをモデルにしている）を所有し、毎回美しい衣装を見せていた。
その後のリバイバルでペネロープを知った私は、この本を購入後『サンダーバード』をどうしても見たくなった。
入門書として、又、英語が得意でなくても美しい写真が多いので、充分楽しむことが出来ると思う。
