　Joan Bunning女史は、おそらく聡明にして優しさにあふれた方なんだろうな、と、読んでいてしみじみ思いました。あーせいこーせい、これは絶対ダメ、といった、上から目線でのモノ言いがなく、寛大なアドバイスをもらっている感じです。
※かれこれ５年ぐらい前に彼女のサイトを通じてデッキを購入したことがあるのですが、その時のメールや、荷物に同梱されてきた手書きのメッセージ等、暖かくて想像通りの方でした。

　また、カードの解釈の説明も現代的かつ現実的で、いい意味で生活感もあり(例えば「世界」の説明で、サンクスギビングデイの晩餐と一家団欒を引きあいに出していたのが、個人的にはとても秀逸だな、と関心しました)、ヘンにニューエイジニューエイジしていないところが良いです。

　原則としてウェイト版をベースにしたオーソドックスな解釈で、快適な気分で読み進められる、とても良くできた素晴らしい入門書だと思います。タロットリーディング入門〜初級で、フツーにPlain Englishの読解が苦にならない方なら、一度は読まれた方が良いですよ！力一杯お勧めします。本当はこういう本こそ和訳を出してほしいものです…。
