Book Description

A collection of some of the most beautiful poems from Omar KHAYAM, Jelalluddin RUMI, HAFEZ Shiraz, and Moulana SHAH MAGHSOUD. With the recent popularization of Persian poetry, this book is the most authentic translation of mystical literature -- translated and analyzed by the renowned Sufi Master Seyedeh Dr. Nahid Angha. This book includes an introduction to reading and understanding mystical poetry and a glossary of esoteric terms.

About the Author

Seyedeh Dr. Nahid Angha, Ph. D., is the founder of the Sufi Women Organization, the co-director of the International Association of Sufism and the executive editor of the journal Sufism: An Inquiry.
