McDuffシリーズの初めてのTOUCH AND FEELです。子供用に購入しました。それまでKIPPERのTOUCH AND FEELを楽しんでましたが、McDuffとKIPPERの違いは、KIPPERが触った感触を形容詞で書いているのに対してこちらはページの絵に対しての文章が書いてあります。かといってストーリーにはなっていません。しかしそれは全く気にならず愛くるしいMcDuffの紹介文となっています。ですので、感触を英語で表したい方はKIPPERシリーズのほうが適してると思います。

表紙もふわふわのMcDuffの毛を触れるほか９つの感触が楽しめるようになっています。参考のために、絵の中のたぬきのぬいぐるみを押すと音が鳴る仕掛けがあるのですが、たたくように押すと簡単に音が鳴ります。音が鳴らせること自体画期的ですよね。子供もとても楽しんでいます。
