大きくて、丈夫なボードブックです。
小さな子供も、上手にめくれるようにできています。

数・色・形・反対語などが、かわいくカラフルに描かれていて、
そしてすべてがフラップになっていますので、たのしく自然に学んでいってくれると思います。

全部で５つの場面があります。
おうち・お庭・お絵かき・プレイルーム・公園・・と、

子供の好きな場所ばかりですね。

子供もＴＶの放送と合わせて、いつもめくっています。
最近は「メイシー、メイシー」と言いながら、本を持ってくるようになりました。

２才半になるうちの子はこの本で色や形にとても興味を持ちました。赤いお花をめくるとカタツムリが１ 匹。黄色いお花をめくるとてんとう虫が１匹、２匹と数える数のページ。色の塗っていない「SUN」をめくると黄色い太陽と「YELLOW」など色のページや、丸や四角など形のページ。家の扉が「Closed door」で開けると「Open door」の比較のページなどで構成されています。Flap bookなので最初は開く事に興味を持ちますが次第に色や形等内容に夢中になりました。ボードブックなので破けやすい事もありませんし、サイズも大きいので小さい子にはとても扱いやすいと思います。

日本語版「メイシーちゃんのはじめてのぱたぱたえほん」だかの英語版です。
１０ヶ月の息子に買ったのですが、決して英語教育を施したいわけではない。文が英語ってだけの違いで安いなんて絶対こっちのがお得だわ。

丈夫なボートブックがいい。フラップも36個もあって大小も形も様々。数や色、形なんかも教えられちゃう。息子も興味津々でめくるわめくるわ！！
ただ本が大きすぎて遠くのフラップには手が届かないらしい・・・。
