Objective-CによるCocoaプログラミングのすべて網羅してないとしても、充実さにはこれ以上勝るものはない。今後もなかなかないでしょう。

解説は開発ツールとしてXcode以前のものを用いているのだが、現行のXcodeインターフェースになれていれば、問題なく理解できるはずです。サンプルコードはまだダウンドード可能で、Xcode環境での読み込みはともかく、再コンパイルすれば問題なく動きます。

ただ、旧い上に依然と結構な値段をするなので、率直に入手するのはさすがに抵抗や躊躇を感じるでしょう。という訳で、まずサンプルコードをダウンロードして解読したり、動かしたりしてから、判断なさるといいではないかと思います。
