デイヴィッド・シュワルツ氏によるこのMagic of Thinking Bigという著作は、経営学者であるシュワルツ氏がその仕事の中で出会ったさまざまな成功者たちがどのような考えをしているのかということを書きつづったものです。

シュワルツ氏が出会った成功者達は皆が飛びぬけて頭がよいというわけでも、優れた才能をもっていたというわけでもありませんでした。それではなぜ彼らが成功できたのか？その答えがこの本のタイトルにもなっている「大きく考えること」にあります。彼らはほかの人たちと能力としては変わらないかもしれないけれども、達成したい夢の大きさは他の人達の数倍、数十倍ありました。大きく考える、だからこそ大きな成功を収めることができる。そのメッセージがこの本が伝えたいことです。

英語もそれほど難しくなく、読みやすい本だと思います。
一般向けに書かれているので、学術用語が頻出するということもありません。

オーディオブックを聞いた。著者自ら語る言葉は、とても分かりやすく説得力がある。

・言い訳病になるな、・不安は行動で軽減される、・ポジティブな言葉を使え、など、ビジネスでもすぐ使えるアドバイスが満載。

古典的な本だが、時代が変わっても成功するための原理原則は変わらないということだろう、全く古臭さを感じさせない。

単に本を読んでいるというのではなく、章が変わるときにBGMが入るとか、メインを著者がしゃべり、説明は別の人など、アクセントがあり飽きることなく聞ける。
また、自己啓発書なので、単語も簡単で、内容も分かりやすいので、オーディオブックの入門としてはおススメ。

英語の勉強をしながら、成功するための考え方も学べるのでいい感じ。

ナポレオン・ヒルの「思考は現実化する」（THINK AND GROW RICH)を上回る内容です。
「思考は現実化する」でモチベーションの上がる人は、必ず読むべきだと思います。
あの本ほど回りくどい内容はまったくなく、読み手にふつふつと情熱をわき上がらせる内容です
英語もすっごく平易です！！！
ぜひぜひ手にとってみてください。
熱いですよ！
