The Cambridge Dictionary of American English with CD-ROM combines the printed dictionary with a CD-ROM containing the full text, spoken pronunciations, and state-of-the-art software. The CD-ROM features:

    この辞書の長所をあえて探すなら，薄くて記述が簡単なことです。付属のＣＤがついて安いことも長所でしょう。
    しかし，この程度の定義を知りたかったら，ワードの付属の類語辞典でもようが足りる程度。
    CDは常駐しようとしてうっとうしいですが，語数が少ないので，常駐するには役不足です。

    他の類書が充実している現在，この辞書を使うのは英英辞典の入門者か，厚い辞書（他の辞書はおおよそこの倍はあります）が嫌だ，と思う人でしょうか？
