小さな男の子が、サンタがいつ来るのかと、寝ずに待ち続けるのですが、最後には寝てしまい、朝には、プレセントがおいてある、という内容です。クリスマス単語がたくさん学べます。巻末のカードでクリスマスツリーを飾って遊ぶこともできます。楽しく学べる１冊です。是非、おすすめします。

２才の我が子の為に購入しました！
この価格で巻末に単語のフラッシュカードが付属しています！

子供は単語は発するのですが文章はまだ読めないので
私がまずフラッシュカードで単語と関連した絵を見せた上で
物語を始めます。
このやり方が良いのか他の洋書に比べ食いつき方がイイです（笑；）

そして坊やが「Is That You,Santa?」と尋ね、ママやパパが「No!…」
と答える部分では必ず我が子も首を横に振って「Ｎｏ！」と残念そうに
言います。
この、坊やとママ（パパ）とのやり取りは繰り返しの文章なので
小さい子供の耳にもリズム良く入ってくるようです。
すぐに覚えてしまいました♪

簡単な文章、巻末のカード、繰り返しのリズム…で英語に自信のない

ママでも上手にお子様に読んであげられると思います♪
また同じ理由で、子供が自分で読む洋書の第１冊目にも最適だと思いました！
ペーパーバッグなのでボロボロになったら新しいのを追加購入する事まで
決めているほど、気に入っています☆
本当にオススメですよ！！

「クリスマス」「サンタクロース」を意識出来るようになった２歳の娘は、この本が大好きです。１日に何度も「読んで！」と持って来ます。そしてブロックでプレゼントを作り、「Is That You, Santa?」とぬいぐるみや私に話しかけます。プレゼント用に３冊購入し、お友達にも差し上げました。とても簡単な英語で理解しやすく、１つ１つのフレーズも覚え易いので英語にあまり馴染のないお子さんにでも喜ばれています。
