白黒ですが沢山の写真とイラストがあり、タイタニックの事が平易な英語で書かれていますが、少し難しい単語は、ジャックとアニーが解説してくれます。　マジックツリーハウス＃１７と併せて読むと更に楽しめます。タイタニックに積まれた食料の量など意外な事が解り面白く読み進める事ができお勧めです。

「Magic Tree House」シリーズは３冊目で挫折してしまっていますが、このResearch Guideはかなりハマってしまいました！

お馴染みの「Titanic」を題材としたノンフィクションです。映画やテレビで既に知っていたことがたくさんあって新鮮さには欠きましたが、英語で情報を得る快感はフィクションを読むのとはまた違い、私には合っていました。同シリーズを全巻制覇したいです。
絵や写真も白黒ですがたくさんあって大変分かりやすいです。

JackとAnnieが難しい単語は本文横に説明してくれたり、解説をいれてくれています。

タイタニックが沈没してしまった経緯が、簡単な英語で書いてあります。でも、けっこうくわしくてタイタニックのファンの私としては満足の一冊です。
中学の頃に、英語の教科書に載ってたのをきっかけにタイタニックに興味を持ち始めました。難しい本はなかなか読みこなせないので、このぐらいのレベルだと、ほとんどストレスなしに読めます。
でも、わからない単語はあるんですよね〜（＾＾；
ちょうど、中学レベルだと思います。おすすめです！！
