シュガークラフトをはじめて約２年ですが、今まで読んだ本の中でロイヤルアイシングをつかった豪華なケーキがたくさん載っていてとても感動的です。おまけにロイヤルアイシングをつかたデコレーション方法が説明と図付で巻末に載っていて大変勉強になります。初心者にもとってもわかりやすくかかれています。ケーキのデザインも豪華でありながら可愛らしいところがとても素敵です。こんなケーキで結婚式ができたらとっても幸せな気持ちになれそうです。
是非おすすめの一冊です。
