analyticalにmembrane propertyを考えるためには
まず、この本を読みましょう。
非常に丁寧に式の導出が書かれているので、
大学教養レベル、もとい、
大学受験以来の数学レベルでも十分理解できます。
Nernst Equationの導出も色々やり方はありますが
この本の方法が一番、高校物理レベルの感覚で理解しやすい気がします。
エレキやる人は是非読んでください。

神経生理学を基礎からしっかり勉強したい方には、大変お勧めの一冊です。見たところ数式が多いので、生物系の方には少々とっときにくいと思われるかもしれませんが、各項非常に丁寧に記述されており、大学教養程度の数学の知識があれば追っていけます。Field recording(細胞外記録)についてもしっかり記述している点も大いに評価できます。パッチクランプに触れた教科書は多々見かけますが、filed recordingについての教科書は意外に少ないと思いませんか?
