この本は行動ファイナンスについての代表的なテキストである。
著者のA.シュライファーは世界の行動ファイナンスの領域におけ
る最も有名な研究者の一人である。
それゆえ、行動ファイナンスの概略について知りたければまず
このテキストを読むことを是非ともお勧めする。

ただし、この日本語版は訳に関する初歩的な間違いが多く、読

んでいても混乱させられる文章が多々ある。ファイナンスの知
識なくはじめて読まれる方は、原著で読まれたほうが良いであ
ろう。

投資家心理の変化によるリスクを、モデルを構築することで説明していく。行動ファイナンスは、予想も行えるのだということを示唆している。

しかし、モデルの数式は途中過程の省略が多いため、非常に解きづらく理解しづらい。かなり気合を入れなければ、「そういうもんなの」程度の理解しかできない。かなりの上級者向けの一冊かもしれない。本格的に読み込みたい人にはお勧め。
