タイトルの通り、辞書のようになっています。
エッセンシャルオイルだけではなく、症状やスキンケアといったものまで幅広くとりあげられています。この一冊があればほとんどの疑問が解決するのではないでしょうか。
翻訳されたものもでていますが、意味取り違いをふせぐ意味でもこちらをお勧めします。読みやすい英語でかかれています。
たくさんのアロマセラピーの本がありますが、安全に使用したい方にはぴったりだと思います。はじめて使用するエッセンシャルオイルを調べるといったこともありますが、症状別にとりあげられるエッセンシャルオイルの種類も安全の枠をけしてはみだしていません。
