Frog and Toadシリーズ全４作品の朗読を１本にまとめてしまった優れものです！各作品ごとに本とカセットをパックにしたものもありますが、こちらの方がより経済的です。優しく積極的なFrogと横着で不器用なToadとの友情あふれるシンプルなストーリーを著者であるArnold Lobel本人がナレーションしています。まず本を読む前に耳だけで楽しんでみるのもいいと思います。私はTOEIC550点程度の英語力ですが、充分に理解できます。トータルで90分以上（各作品：５storyで、各story：５分程度）になるので、毎日15分（３story)程度聞けば、一週間で全storyのリスニングができます。全然飽きませんよ！

CD2枚に、
『Frog and Toad Are Friends』＋『Frog and Toad All Year』
と
『Frog and Toad Together』＋『Days with Frog and Toad』
の組み合わせで収録されています。

Frog and Toadシリーズはユーモアと友情にあふれていて、読んで楽しいお話なのですが、
このCDを聴くと、読んだだけのときとはまた違うイメージが広がって、ワクワクします。

作者は朗読者としても素晴らしいです。効果音も、朗読のジャマをすることなく、
場面を盛り上げてくれています。

CDには絵本は付いていませんが、絵本の挿絵もまた微笑ましいので、
ぜひ絵本も一緒にそろえて、
目と耳でFrog and Toadシリーズの世界を楽しんでほしいです。

作者本人による朗読が良いです。朗読の上手さに加えて、キャラクターの個性や作品のユーモラスな世界観の表現は見事！
子供に聴かせるために購入しましたが、私自身も楽しんでいます。この商品はCDのみですが、ブックの方もこれから買い揃えようと思っています。本をすでに持っている人は、是非このCDも買ってみてください。よりいっそう｢がまくんとかえるくん｣の世界を味わうことができます。
