【栽培方法】
１、種を水で軽く洗います。
２、容器の底にキッチンペーパーやティシュペーパーを折りたたんで敷き詰め、種を底が隠れる程度広げ、霧吹きなどで適宜水を与え、種が乾かないようにします。水だけで栽培できますので、肥料は不要です。
３、種蒔き後、数ｃｍ位に伸びるまで新聞紙等で覆い光に当てない様にします。収穫前に日当たりのよい場所に移動し、子葉が開けば食べごろです。
【利用方法】
手軽に栽培できるニュータイプのヘルシーベジタブルです。柔らかい歯ざわりと、豊かな香りが特徴です。サラダや汁の実にお薦めです。大きくなると、漬物や炒め物やおひたしとして利用できます。
