“ナイスミュージック”(1993年にビクターからデビュー、アルバム4枚、シングル4枚をリリース)を解散した佐藤清喜と、ヴォーカル/ベースのP-chan(飯泉裕子)による2人組で、1996年結成。初期はエレクトリカルでカラフルなポップ・センスとエモーショナルなプレイ、そして“スクーデリア・エレクトロ”のサポート・メンバーとしても活躍していたP-chanのスタイリッシュな魅力がはじける、ポップ・ユニットとして活動。その後、王道のポップス路線へ移行を試み、一部の音楽ファンの間で絶賛された2ndマキシ・シングル『lovey dovey plus』をリリース。そして2008年、遂に1stフル・アルバムをリリース!
