1982年放送「戦闘メカ ザブングル」に登場するウォーカーギャリアが1/100スケールで登場!旧1/144スケールでは再現しなかった変形・合体の完全再現を実現。(ギャリィウィル、ギャリィホバー) 車輪用とホバー用のエンジンを内蔵。(ボンネット、ハッチ開口有)車輪部の軸には金属シャフト使用。また、タイヤには軟質材を使用し、素材感を再現。付属武器はライフル(口径30ミリガン)、バズーカ、ブーメランイディオム。ジロン、ラグ、チルの搭乗フィギュアが付属。足裏のスパイクには、ラバー素材を採用し、加重により沈み込む設定とスベリ止め効果の機能を両立。各部にシボ加工を施行。パーツの合わせ目にリベット表現を施し、完成時のリアル感を演出。

[リスクの高い物は作らない]…マーケットの論理すら捩曲げた奇跡のプラモデル。

@接着剤不要
@切断後が表に出ないアンダーゲート
@殆どの部品が色分け済み
…と現行マスターグレード以上に、持ち得る技術が惜し気も無く導入され、足回りに入るゴム性部品の御蔭で接地性も高い。
その御蔭で少々大胆に四肢を動かしても、倒れにくいのが嬉しい。

サプライズのレッグタイプに、当時は貴重な情報元だった模型情報を模したハンドブックと、過去と現在を上手くミキシングしたオマケもNice!

単価だけで比較されがちだが、恒常的に店頭に並ぶガンプラとはコストの面でも比較にならない。
むしろ『バンダイが出すプラスチック製ガレージキット』と考えれば、PVCフィギュア完成品と比較してもかなり割安感がある(サイズもデカいしww)。

まさに、手に入れてから良さの判る逸品、お勧め!

当時発売決定！後に発売中止！・・・になった1/100ウォーカーギャリア。
あの時に「発売しろ！」署名活動したうちの一人ｗ
そんな自分なのでこのキットは特別な意味があるんです。
今もこのレビューを完成したギャリアを眺めながら書いてます。
アクションフィギュアじゃダメなんです。超合金じゃダメなんです。
『1/100』の『プラモ』のギャリアが欲しかったんです。
若い人達には理解できないと思いますが、この気持ち分かるオッサンは買ってください。
「模型情報」を模した小冊子も付いてきます。これの内容もイイ。でもこれは初回特典なのかな？
作りやすいしアンダーゲートが多用されてるので素組みでも見栄えがイイ。
プラスチック製のタイヤも付いてたら良かったかな。

皆様良い事書いてありますね〜!マヂ号泣ものですヨ。確かにお値段の高さがネックかもですがそれが何か?って感じですヨ。この白箱だけでも買いなのにコクピット再現、エンジン再現、ミサイル付きイディオム再現、ホバー・ウィル完全変形、足首可動、投光機再現そしてまさかのレッグタイプ&ビリンとマリア付きですヨ!て事はビリンか!マリアを助手席に乗ッケレルンです!!しかも懐かしのハンドブック付き!この商品には開発者のギャリアへの愛を感じます!特に成型色これマヂ。これ以上何を望む?このボックス見てあの頃の砂塵を感じた者、新たな力を感じた者、共に組み立てましょう!そしてバンダイさまNo.12はサブザブングルで!!
