曲もいいが、とりわけ詩がいい!
麻生太郎外務大臣への応援歌の形をとりながら、
歌っていることは日本の心。日本人のあるべき姿である。
喧騒の生活の中で自分自身が見出せなくなったとき聞いてみるといい。
心の奥に確かに存在する自ら自身の意味が再び見えてくる。

こういう類の歌は、歯が浮くような迎合のにおいが強いものだが、この曲はまったく違う。
政敵が聞いても、その人が日本人ならスッと心に入るであろう。その意味で星５つ。

自らの日本人としてのアイデンティティを呼び覚ます一曲である。

シンプルな歌詞、穏やかなメロディラインながら
つい繰り返し聞いてしまいます。
じんわりと温かさが伝わってくる感じの曲です。

今回の選挙は終わってしまいましたが
麻生さん率いる自民党が
いつかまた真の愛国・保守政党として政権奪還できますよう
ささやかながら祈っています。

歌詞のなかでは特に以下の部分が好きです。

「この国に生まれたことを　この国で育ったことを
　心から誇りに思う　国民の一人であることを

　いくつもの季節を　越えてなお変わらないもの
　家族を守り　友を信じ　故郷をいつまでも愛する心」

１０月１３日の「麻生太郎先生を囲む会」で、初めて生で聞かせてもらいました。
麻生先生の応援歌があることも知らなかったんですが、本当に涙が出るくらい感動しました。
日本人としての誇りをなくした全ての人に聞いて欲しい歌です。
太郎さんも口ずさんでいましたよ！
