10組に1組のカップルが不妊に悩んでいることは知ってました。
でも、不妊治療は高額で、時間もかかり精神的な負担も多く、きちっとした治療に踏み切れないカップルも多いと思います。
Ｑ＆Ａでは、保険内治療、子宮の病気のことなど分かりやすく紹介されていて、疑問が解決されました。
病院に行く前に、まずこのDVDを観て、自分なりに治療計画を立ててから、通院することをお勧めします。

この問題を考えるとどうしても気分が暗くなっていましたが､全編を流れる優しい調子とソフトな画像と共に、このように理論的で納得のできる説明を見ていると、客観的に事実確認ができ、自分自身も納得がいきました。今後に向けて前向きに対処できるような気持ちになれました。
知識がないまま漠然と不安に感じている方々には是非おすすめします。誰もが持つべき知識がちりばめられているので、妊娠を望むカップルだけでなく、家族全員で見てもイイ感じです｡

いろいろな本も出てますし、よく雑誌では特集も組まれていますが、今までは自分のカラダのことなのに、なんとなく分かった気になっていただけだったようです。このDVDを観てよく分かりました。
やっぱり、映像で説明されると分かり方が違いますね。40分ほどの映像は一気に観てしまいました。
そして、Q&Aもたっぷりあって、知りたいことを丁寧に教えてくれてます。知りたいところの検索もできて、そこだけ何度でも観れるのも便利です。
本当は、こういう解説のDVDは面白くないだろうと思ってましたけど、内容も濃くて、つい見入ってしまいました。このDVDはお薦めします。
