前作『日々是青色』がそれまでのプライベート感溢れる心情描写に加えメロディーメーカーと
しての力量を大いに底上げした素晴らしい作品だったので、今回の新作も当然のように
大きなワクワク感（と、前作でグンと高くなった期待のハードルを見事に上回ってくれるか？
という多少のドキドキ感）を持って購入しました。

繰り返し聴いてみた感想は、過去のハートウォーミングな癒し路線を踏襲することで、これまで
のファンを置いていくことなく一緒に世界感を広げて行こう！的な懐の深さを感じ取れる一方で、
歌詞に込められた気持ちの掘り下げ方は更に深度を増しているようにも思えます。
身近な小さいイメージから回想する前向きでピースフルな想い。聴く者にシンパシィを抱かせる
拝郷メイコの歌の世界がさらに広がったような印象を受けます。

これから聴く方、期待していいですよ。一枚のアルバムからいろんな気持ちを感じ取って下さい。

インディーズからの待望のニューアルバム。
八曲しか入っていないのに、この充足感はなんなのだろう…。
静かで癒される曲もあり、元気をくれるものもあり、
曲の演奏順についても文句なし。非常にバランスがとれている。
お見事。『ウタカタクロール』はこの八曲で立派な完成品であった。

『日々是青色』で少し音の雰囲気が変わった拝郷メイコだったが、
今回は少し前のテイストに戻った印象が強い。もちろん良い意味である。
電子音をうまく使うことで曲の幅も拡げつつ、
拝郷メイコ元来の優しい歌詞・歌声・サウンドは今も健在。

知らない方にもオススメできる、自分にとって今年度1番の名盤。

ある日、家で寝転がりながら聴いていたら、涙がこぼれてきました。それほどまでに心が動かされる…という曲がここにあります。あと、何か一歩前に出ようとする気持ちを後押ししてくれるような曲も。

アレンジも、アコースティックサウンドとシンセが程よくミックスされていて心地がよいです。前作に比べるとシンプルになった印象がありますが、その分、曲そのもののよさが際立ってます。８曲すべてがおススメ。特に、「いい歌」に出会いたくて探している人…。
