2006年4月からOAされているテレビ東京の人気音楽番組「ROCK FUJIYAMA」とのコラボアルバム。
この番組、メタル、ロックファンはもちろん広く音楽ファンにも支持されています。
そこで今回、お馴染みの洋楽曲を、番組に出演したミュージシャンに「ROCK FUJIYAMA BAND 」(以下R.F.B.)の演奏で収録しました。
オリジナル曲も2曲収録。番組ファンだけでなく、ロックフリークも納得の一枚です。

【アーティストについて】
バンドメンバーは番組レギュラー出演しているマーティ、ROLLY、KENNY GUY、SHELLYを中心にMASAKI(from CANTA)真矢(ex. LUNA SEA)が参加。また、参加アーティストとしてMCU、相川七瀬、ルーク篁、野村義男が共演しています。

ついに発売のrock fujiyama bandのＣＤ。
思ったよりもランキングが低いのを見てちょっとショック...。
次の日の朝つらいかもしれないけど、皆さん、がんばって深夜１時まで粘って
ＲＯＣＫ　ＦＵＪＩＹＡＭＡを見ましょう！
熱いＲＯＣＫトークに爆笑＆目からうろこになること必至（ついていけない部分も含め楽しいです）。
個人的には「Shellyのバラードに抱かれて」のコーナーの復活を求む。

このアルバムは、番組を観ている人のほうが楽しめると思います。なぜこのゲストミュージシャンなのかとかが分かりますし。あとは原曲も知っていると、さらに楽しめます!

全体的に番組本編のセッション同様演奏は達者で、
リラックスしてて楽しそうなのですが、
はっきり言って所詮企画物っていうのが正直な感想です。
メタルアレンジの曲あり、パンク調の曲ありで
どれも悪くないのですが、逆に言うとこれといったものも存在せず、
収録時間も40分にも満たないにも関わらず3000円という値段には見合ってないと思います。
キリト、相川七瀬の参加も場違い感が出すぎだと思います。

こういうのを出すなら番組のコーナーでやってるような
日本の歌謡曲をロック/メタル調のアレンジでセッションするものに
してほしかったです。

熱心な番組ファン向けです。
