私は中学校の教師ですが、「音」の旧版を実際に授業で使用しています。

特に役立つと感じたのが
「ＵＦＯチューブ」と呼ばれる、
掃除機のホースを細く短くしたようなもの。
チューブの一方の端を持って振り回すと音が出るのですが、
回す速さによって音の高さが変わります。

私の自治体で採用している教科書に出ている実験では、
なかなか理解させるのが難しい
「振動数（周波数）と音の高さの関係」が
直感的に理解できて、大変重宝しています。

その他の実験材料も、工夫次第で授業に役立つものばかり。
ですが、自作したりバラバラに買いそろえると、
手間もかかるし高価なものが多いので、
この値段で手に入るのなら買って損はないと思います。

おもちゃとしても、なかなか楽しめるので、
科学や実験に興味のある親御さんが
子ども用に買ってあげるのにも適していると思います。
