『ナースウィッチ小麦ちゃん』『撲殺天使ドクロちゃん』のアニメ作品をこの世に送り出してしまった川瀬浩平プロデューサー(｢偽まる｣の中の人)が制作を予告していた､｢インチキ魔女っ娘三部作｣の第3作目です｡
前2作品は､徹底的に｢わかる人だけわかってくれればいい｣という制作スタイルにこだわっていた様で､シンクロ出来た方には非常に高い支持を受けた反面､置き去りにされた方にはボロボロに叩かれる､もしくは見向きもされないと言う､極めて両極端な評価をされる作品だったと思われます｡
今作も前2作に負けず劣らずのキワモノヒロイン｢田中ぷにえ｣を中心に特濃のキレまくった登場人物が多数揃っている上､今巻を視聴した限り､非常に原作を忠実に再現していると言う印象なので､今後の展開が非常に心配…いや､期待できますね｡
ただ､前2作はギャグの方向性そのものが非常にアナーキー且つ唯一的(『小麦ちゃん』はパクリ…否､開き直ったパロディ､『ドクロちゃん』はエロ･グロ･スプラッタ･妄想ギャグ)だったのに対し､今作はキャラの特殊さはあるものの､ギャグそのものは比較的ストレートで放送倫理に関わりそうな危なさがあまり感じられなかったので､歪んだ刺激に慣れてしまった一部の病んだファン(勿論自分を含めます)の欲求を充分に満たしてくれるかどうか､少し不安が残ります｡が､まっとうなギャグとしてはキレまくっていますので､多くの病んでいない視聴者からは､普通に笑える作品と評価されるかとも思います｡
作画レベルはかなり高レベルで安定しているし､レギュラー声優陣も佐藤利奈嬢をはじめ川澄綾子嬢･下屋則子嬢･斉藤千和嬢･小山茉美嬢･飛田展男氏と粒が揃っていますので､安心して楽しめる作品にはなりそうですね｡

原作：大和田秀樹のマジカル血煙コミックがアニメ化！

人間界に修行にやってきた魔法の国のプリンセス田中ぷにえちゃん。
肉体言語（サブミッション）が得意なお姫様で、目指すは地球征服！

「萌え」アニメというより「燃え」アニメ？
中身はところどころカッコイイです。
格闘、特に関節技好きな人はどうぞ。
とっても血の気が多いアニメです。（ある意味出血大サービス）

色々大切なものが燃えているOP、OPとのギャップが大きいEDも必見。

結構酷評をちらほら見かけますが、自分は面白かったと思います。
主人公のぷにえ・スケバンの姉御あたりが原作とはかなり異なって萌えキャラ仕様になってます。姉御カワイイよ姉御。
アニメなのでいろんなシーンの迫力が増しています。例えば、ジャガイモ殿飛び込み、パヤたんと決闘etc。血の流れ方等にもこだわりを感じます。
原作では次のページをめくると、いきなり必殺技のごとくサブミッション！ですが、アニメでは流れるような体裁きで技を決めてます。概してよく動くアニメです。
ＯＰ・ＥＤも本編もどくろちゃんのノリでぶっとんでます。
原作読んだ人でも楽しめると思います、読んだこと無いならなおさら
