   シャフトドライブ四輪駆動を採用した高性能レーサーのプラスチックモデル組み立てキット。スタイルの特徴としてタイヤをカバーする前後のカウルを小型化し、大型リヤウイングを装備。シャーシは下面の空気の流れを整えるために凸凹を少なくし、後部下面をレーシングカーのようにディフューザーとしたスーパーTZ。さらに電池の搭載位置を低くして低重心化も実現。豊富に揃った別売のグレードアップパーツも使えるため、性能アップも楽しみ。組み立ては接着剤不要のはめ込み式、配線なしのモーターライズで組み立ても手軽。完成時の全長147mm、全幅90mm。モーター、動力電源の単3電池2本は別売り。

何年か前に人気を博した”爆走兄弟レッツ＆ゴー！！”に登場
する星馬豪の第３の相棒がこのサイクロンマグナムです。

低重心シャーシと独特のボディ形状で強力なダウンフォース
を生み出し脅威のかっとびを可能にしたマシン・・・らしいです。
(アニメではそういう設定でした)
実際にも軽いボディと車高の低さから改造しだいではかなり早いマシンに仕上がると思います。
耐久性もそこそこあると思います。
もちろん”ＺＭＣ”ではないので驚嘆な肉抜きや
スピードオーバーでのコースアウトには要注意を・・・。

教育的には・・・手先を使う作業なのでそれなりにいいかと。

星馬豪の3代目マグナムのサイクロンマグナムです。僕は、レッツゴー世代なのでこのサイクロンマグナムはビートマグナムやバスターソニックに次いで好きなマシンです。
第二次ブームのピークの頃はサイクロンマグナムとハリケーンソニックが何処のお店へ行っても品切れで、入手困難だったのが今でも覚えています。

さて、肝心なレビューですが、フルカウルミニ四駆シリーズの中でもかなり低重心でギリギリまで寝かされた大型リアウイングがなんと言っても最大の魅力でしょう。
シャーシもフルカウルミニ四駆では最も高性能なスーパーTZシャーシ、ホイールも従来の物と違って、ワイドな物となっています。

しかし、ボディのステッカーが非常に残念です。
コクピット部分のステッカーがどんなに気をつかってもシワのような物が残ってしまいます。
子供の頃は気にはしていませんでしたが、この前組み立てて思いました。

せっかくカッコイイマシンなのに、この一部分のせいで見栄えが悪くなってしまいます…

コクピット部分のステッカーがまともなら★5つだったのですが…
