不眠症を患い始めたときに、薬を飲まずに眠れないかと思い、このCDを購入。
結局眠れませんでしたが、自然音のみなので、リラックスできるかと思います。
ボリュームをしぼって、ゆったりした気持ちで聞くといいかもしれません。

これから、寝苦しい夏になりますね。
でも、これをかけながら寝ると、ぐっすり眠れます。
私は、眠りの質が悪いのですが、このCDのおかげでだいぶよくなりました。
眠りが浅いと、日中眠くなるんですよね。
睡眠薬に頼るくらいなら、このCDを試した方がいいですよ。
